Compliance Rescue
When compliance goes wrong after launch
Most compliance problems surface after the product is already selling. A marketplace suppresses your EU listings because the GPSR fields are wrong. A market surveillance authority asks for your technical documentation by a date it has set. A customer's quality team finds a gap in your file. A product that passed last year fails a test after a component change.
The pressure makes it tempting to answer fast, and that's usually the mistake: the wrong information submitted twice, a response that concedes more than it needs to, or a fix to the symptom that leaves the cause in place.
Compliance Rescue starts with triage, so within two business days you know what you're dealing with. Then one consultant works it through to resolution: the cause, the fix, and a response that holds up.
What you receive
- Triage within 2 business days: what the problem actually is and how serious it is
- The root cause found in your documentation, testing or labelling
- A remediation plan, in the order things need fixing
- Your response to the marketplace, authority or customer, prepared for you to send
- Fixes coordinated through to resolution, including any retesting
Who this is for
- Your marketplace listings have been suppressed or flagged for compliance
- You've had a letter from a market surveillance authority or customs
- A product failed lab testing and you need a way through
- A customer, distributor or acquirer is auditing your compliance and you're not ready
How it runs

- 2
Fixed quote
The remediation scope and a fixed price. Nothing further is charged until you've agreed it.
- 3
Fix
Documentation corrected, labelling changed, retesting planned and coordinated where needed.
- 4
Close out
Your response prepared and the issue followed through until the listing is restored, the authority is satisfied or the audit is closed.

Common questions
Will you deal with the authority or marketplace directly?
We prepare every response and can join calls with you, but correspondence goes out in your name as the responsible economic operator. That keeps the legal position clear.
My listings are already suppressed. How fast can this move?
Triage is within 2 business days, and it's usually the fastest route to a correct fix, because the common failure is submitting the wrong information twice. If you're under a harder deadline than that, say so in the request and we'll tell you honestly whether we can meet it.
Can you act as our EU Responsible Person?
No. We tell you whether you need one, what duties they carry and what to verify before appointing a provider, but we don't take on the role ourselves, and we take no commission from anyone who does.
Is any of this legal advice?
No. It's regulatory and engineering opinion based on the information you supply. If your situation needs a lawyer, we'll say so on day one rather than three weeks in.
